Most full builds take four to eight weeks from the Clarity Session to launch, depending on how quickly content comes together. The Clarity and Form stages move quickly — the Build stage is usually where things slow down, and that's almost always on the content side, not mine.
No. Some clients arrive with everything written. Others write as we go. I can also write content for you — that's part of the Full Launch package. We figure out the right approach during the Clarity Session.
Great — we work with what you have. The Form stage adapts to your existing identity rather than starting from scratch. Some clients bring full brand guidelines; others have a logo and a vague sense of color. Both are fine.
Yes. All packages over $1,000 can be split into two or three installments. We agree on the schedule before the contract is signed. I can also invoice in GBP, EUR, CAD, or AUD.
Custom static HTML or Next.js, hosted on Vercel. No WordPress, no Squarespace, no page builders. The sites are clean, fast, and built so a developer could pick them up later if your practice grows.
Yes. The Clarity Session exists precisely for this — it's available as a standalone for practitioners who want help getting clear before they're ready to build. And the discovery call is just a conversation. Readiness isn't a prerequisite for booking it.
