I'm Leah.
This is my studio.

I'm a tech executive and ICF-certified coach who builds websites for practitioners ready to go public with their work. Twenty-five years in tech. A coaching practice. And a very specific understanding of what it feels like to almost-launch and not quite.

The Launch started because I kept meeting coaches, healers, and solopreneurs who were ready — certified, experienced, genuinely good at what they did — but stuck at the threshold of going public. The bottleneck was never technical. It was the moment of being seen.

So I built a studio that starts with coaching and ends with a website. The two things together, by one person, at a scale that lets me do the work properly.

I spent twenty-five years building products and leading technology teams — VP Product, CPO, CPTO — at startups, scale-ups, and eventually Amazon and Google. I know how to build things. I know how to ship.

I also trained as a coach. ICF PCC. Certified Wayfinder Life Coach via Martha Beck. Reiki Level II. EFT tapping. I've done the work of understanding what keeps people stuck, and specifically what keeps practitioners stuck at the edge of going public with something they care about.

The Launch grew out of building my own site — leahfarmer.com — and then building sites for friends in my coaching community who saw it and asked if I'd do the same for them. It turns out that someone who can both coach you through the threshold and then build the site on the other side is a useful combination. So I made it a studio.

One to three builds a month, by appointment. That's not a constraint to apologise for. It's the point. This work deserves attention, and attention requires limits.

Why this exists

Not a template shop.
Not an agency.
Something else.

Most web designers don't coach. Most coaches don't build websites. The Launch does both, on purpose, because the two things are inseparable for the kind of client I work with.

The coaching is not a sales add-on. It's the reason the output is better than what a template could produce. When we do the clarity work first — really sitting with what you want to say and who it's for — the site that comes out of it is specific in a way that a designed-without-that-conversation site never is.

I built this studio at human scale deliberately. One to three builds a month means I'm present for each one. You're not a ticket in a queue. You're a practitioner I'm spending real time with, and the site we make together will show that.
